The tropical Veracruz is a region with a Caribbean soul, known for its deep caves, high mountains, abundant rain and fertile, lush sugar cane plantations. This premium rum made from a blend of sugar cane juice and molasses is produced with the utmost care. After its slow fermentation, the sugarcane juice is distilled twice in the pot style. The exquisite spirit then lingers for six years in selected oak barrels and is last artfully dazzled in the solera process. The result is a rum with a distinctive character and complex taste profile. The spirit in every bottle is proof of the best craftsmanship in rum production.
DEADHEAD® is filled in a conspicuous bottle in the form of a shrinking head. Unlike its rather scary bottle, the content is a real treasure. It shows a luxurious golden color, an incredibly light body and a versatile bouquet. A perfect combination of aromas of coffee, chocolate, allspice, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, anise and caramel pampers the palate. Its long finish is spicy with a stylish balance between dry and semisweet.
DEADHEAD® Rum is ideal for pure enjoyment, with its fine aroma spectrum, but also a good choice for the preparation of classic long drinks.
