Problems with your delivery or you want to return your delivery?
If you are not happy with your order please consider the following procedure regarding returns:
1. Wrong delivery
If you got a wrong delivery, please do not unpack the products and do not use them!
2. Demage in transit

Products with demaged seals are excluded from the right of withdrawel. This is because of health and sanitary protection.

These are the 5 steps:
Please contact our customer support with your issue (contact data please see above). We take care of your issue and will find a customer friendly solution.
1. Please mark the returned products on the attached packing list.
2. Please send us back the products with the unsealed original packaging.
3. Please use an additional solid and break-proof outer package and use eventually additional paper for padding.
4. Please attach the return label to the outer package and not to the original package.
5. Please keep yor receipt for your return shipment – it is your receipt.
