- Preparation note:
- 1. Lösen Sie 400g der Coéxito Pudding-Mischung in etwa 1 Liter und 1 Tasse kalter Milch auf, bis eine klumpenfreie Mischung entsteht. 2. Erhitzen Sie die Mischung und rühren Sie ständig um. Wenn gewünscht, können Sie einen Zimtstängel für zusätzlichen Geschmack hinzufügen. 3. Wenn die Mischung zu dick werden beginnt, rühren Sie etwa 7 Minuten kräftig um. 4. Gießen Sie den Pudding in einen Behälter und lassen Sie ihn abkühlen. Es ist keine Kühlung erforderlich.
