Quorhum Fundador not only celebrates the 30th anniversary of Casa Oliver's founding in the Dominican Republic, but also the essence of collaboration and excellence that characterizes the company. For this special edition, Pedro Ramon López-Oliver, founder and visionary of Casa Oliver, together with his four master blenders, has developed a rum that embodies the best of Casa Oliver today. This unique collaboration unites the four rum traditions that have shaped the character of Casa Oliver - Dominican, Colombian, Venezuelan, and Cuban - in a single product.
Fundador originates from a country where the Caribbean climate, with consistently high temperatures and high humidity, provides ideal conditions for the aging of fine rums. Oliver & Oliver uses the traditional solera process, in which different vintages are artfully blended. The influence of rum distillates up to 30 years old flows into each bottle.
The distillation is made from high-quality sugar cane molasses and the rum is aged in carefully selected American and French oak barrels, which impart its distinctive aromas.
