Spice mixture for ceviche sauce, Sachet 30 g

Ceviche is a dish made from raw fish marinated in lemon juice and spices. Marinating - cooking - the fish without heat. In Peru it is made with lemon and Aji Amarillo or with our spice mixture it is an easy way to prepare cebiche fresh at home. The cebiche belongs to the national dish of Peruvian cuisine. Classically, the Peruvian cebiche is made with chunks of raw fish, marinated in lemon juice, onion slices, chili, salt and pepper. Since cebiche is not cooked with heat, the fish must always be very fresh.

Preparation with our spice mixture:

Put the contents of the spice mixture in a bowl, stir with 125 ml of water. Cut 500 grams of your favorite fish (eg sea bass) into 1cm pieces. Add the fish to your spice mixture and salt to taste and let it simmer for 7-10 minutes. Serve the fish with finely chopped onions, garnish with lettuce and sweet potatoes or corn.
