ZENA Dried White Hibiscus Flowers, 125g
Dried white hibiscus flowers are a wonderful and slightly more refined alternative to the classic red hibiscus flowers. The main difference is that they taste significantly milder, are less tart and have a delicate, slightly fruity and tangy citrus note. Furthermore, they do not turn the water a deep red, but instead impart a light, elegant, golden-yellow hue.
Their delicate flavour is ideal for simple infusions or creative iced teas. As white hibiscus flowers have a very delicate aroma, they can be used in a variety of ways in cooking and baking.
