ORCA Cane sugar block, 454g
Panela or full sugar cane is a natural alternative to conventional sugar. It is obtained by boiling the cane sugar juice. And the sugar is not refined. Whole cane sugar provides us with vitamins (A, B, C, D, E) and important minerals such as calcium, copper, potassium, phosphorus, iron, magnesium and zinc. Its mineral population is 50 times higher than that of refined sugar.
In South America, whole cane sugar is known as Panela (Colombia), Chancaca (Bolivia), Rapadura and Raspadura (Argentina - Paraguay).
