Farbe: Zeigt eine mittlere Intensität von Farben, mit Nuancen von Rubinrot und bernsteinfarbenen Reflexen.
Geruch: Reife und schwarze Beerenaromen mit konzentriertem Fruchtbouquet.
Geschmack: Gute Intensität, sehr zart und feiner. Kaffee, Karamell, Schokolade, Kokos, Pflaume, Erdbeere, Pinienkernen, Granatapfel.
Zunächst zeigt es ein angenehmes Gefühl und samtig im Mund. Später erscheinen delikate und ausgewogene Tannine und lässt einen langes anhaltendes Finale.
Speiseempfehlung: Gegrilltem rotem Fleisch, Geflügel oder Brathähnchen. Nudel mit Tomatensaucen oder leichte Käsesorten. Klare Brühen, gegrillte Polenta, Pizza, gegrillte Pilze.

Im Jahr 1897 kamen die ersten Immigranten aus Italien nach Brasilien, darunter war auch der Gründer Giuseppe Miolo. Er tauschte seine Wirtschaft gegen ein stück Land ein, welches Lote 43 hieß, woraus der Name des edlesten Weines seiner Zeit auch entstand.
Heute hat die Miolo Wine Group acht Geschäfte. Die Neffen Darcy, Antônio und Paulo übernahmen 70 Jahre später die Tradition Ihres Onkels Giuseppe Miolo.
