Rebsorte: Cabernet Sauvignon und Merlot
Farbe: Intensive und eine hohe Konzentration an Pigmenten, mit Schattierungen von Rubin bis Violett.
Geruch: Intensiv und komplex, mit der Präsens der Frucht und des Holzes (Eiche) wegen der Reife- Eukalyptus - Gewürze - Cassis - Trüffel - Rosinen - Kakao.
Geschmack: Kräftiger Wein mit intensivem Körper mit Tannine die sehr präsent sind, mit einem langen Abgang im Mund.
Speiseempfehlung: Gegrilltem saftigen Fleisch meist Lamm oder Ziege, Wildschwein, Steak, Pasta mit Pilzen, Trüffel, Risotto, Lasagne. Passt zu Rindfleisch-Eintopf mit Kräutern. Außerdem kann es begleitend sein zu Schweinefleisch mit süßen Garnierungen, Ente und Gans. Passt auch gut zu Käse wie den Gran Formaggio.

Im Jahr 1897 kamen die ersten Immigranten aus Italien nach Brasilien, darunter war auch der Gründer Giuseppe Miolo. Er tauschte seine Wirtschaft gegen ein stück Land ein, welches Lote 43 hieß, woraus der Name des edlesten Weines seiner Zeit auch entstand.
Heute hat die Miolo Wine Group acht Geschäfte. Die Neffen Darcy, Antônio und Paulo übernahmen 70 Jahre später die Tradition Ihres Onkels Giuseppe Miolo.
