Dulce de leche (wörtlich etwa: Süßes aus Milch oder Milchkonfitüre) ist ein in ganz Lateinamerika verbreiteter Brotaufstrich bzw. eine Creme aus Milch, Zucker und Vanille.
Verwendung findet Dulce de Leche auch als Zutat für die Herstellung von Süßspeisen wie Pudding, Flan oder Eis. Auch als Füllung von Torten wird es oft benutzt, z. B. Torta de Mil Hojas (Tausend-Blatt-Torte) aus Blätterteig. Alfajores sind auch oft mit Dulce de Leche gefüllt und eventuell auch von Schokolade umhüllt und insbesondere in Argentinien und Uruguay weit verbreitet.
