Loma Noble is an agricultural project based in Oaxaca, dedicated to rescuing, cultivating, and preserving wild agaves.
Through a sustainable, circular approach, we protect the region’s biodiversity, empower local communities, and craft mezcals of exceptional quality.
In our specialized agave nurseries, we work with more than 12 native agave species and manage over 300 hectares of certified cultivation land. Our plantations carry the COMERCAM Green Seal, recognizing organic and sustainable mezcal production.
