Preparation:
Dissolve the contents of this packet in 2 liters of cold water. Bring to a boil while stirring. Reduce the heat and cook for 5 minutes with the pot partially covered. Stir occasionally. For a richer soup, feel free to add fresh vegetables, sausage, or herbs.

1960 gründetet der Einwanderer Yoshizo Kitano die Marke "Kitano". In den 70er Jahren wurden dann die ersten Teesorten der Firma hergestellt und in den Supermärkten Brasiliens verkauft. In den 80er kamen dann erstmals die Nachtische wie z.B. der Wackelpudding in die Läden.
1997 wurde die Marke Kitano von der Firma YOKI wieder zurück gekauft.
