The IPA Gin Iradier y Bulfy is an extraordinary spirit that was born as beer.

The raw material is handcrafted, as with beer brewers, from water, local barley malt and yeast. This is where the name IPA Gin comes from. This extraordinary starting spirit, which is round, warm and slightly sweet, serves as the basis for the IPA gin.

Only first-class natural botanicals are used for this juniper schnapps: local juniper berries, Spanish bitter orange, Mediterranean lemons, coriander and cardamom combined with exotic ingredients from Equatorial Guinea, such as cocoa and grains of paradise. The use of the unique botanicals pays homage to the African explorer Manuel Fermín Iradier y Bulfy.
