Caldo Bom’s Canjica is steam-cooked and sterilised at high temperatures in sealed packaging. This process preserves its freshness, colour, texture and all its nutritional value.
- Preparation note:
- 250 ml Milch zusammen mit Zucker oder Kondensmilch nach Belieben in einem Topf erhitzen. Wenn die Milch zu kochen beginnt, den Inhalt der Packung hinzufügen. Bei mittlerer Hitze unter ständigem Rühren 3 Minuten lang kochen lassen. Fertig zum Servieren.
- Storage note:
- Kühl und trocken lagern. Nach dem Öffnen im Kühlschrank aufbewahren und innerhalb von 2 Tagen verbrauchen.
