RENATA Cream Cracker sind knusprig dünn und herzhaft lecker. Im Gegensatz zu Wasserkeksen (biscoito água e sal) bestehen Cream Cracker aus Weizenmehl, pflanzlichem Öl und Hefe. Der Name „Cream Cracker“ bezieht sich auf die Methode, die heute wie damals bei der Erfindung der Kekse in Irland angewendet wird: Der Teig wird „cremig“ gerührt (Engl. „to cream“). Cream Cracker werden in Brasilien gern nur mit Butter oder Margarine gegessen.
