The three Caribbean rums that make up Project Four - Vanilla Cane are stored for up to 13 years. Vanilla Cane is incredibly mild and supple and as the name suggests, a rum for connoisseurs who prefer lovely components.

Its scent offers intense notes of vanilla and caramel. The palate is spoiled with a perfect blend of delicate flavors: toffee, butter caramel, vanilla, chocolate, roasted nuts and subtle spicy notes. Vanilla Cane appears very long, aromatic and tender in its finish.
