Legendario Añejo Oro is part of the renowned Legendario range, which is known for its high-quality rums. The amber-coloured spirit is a product full of character that is traditionally produced in Cuba and is characterized by its fine and intense taste.
Añejo Oro is distilled from the best sugar cane molasses and then matured in oak barrels. On the nose, it offers rich aromas of vanilla, caramel and toasted wood, which are complemented by subtle notes of dried fruit and spices. On the palate, the rum unfolds with a gentle sweetness and a soft mouthfeel, accompanied by nuances of honey, dark chocolate and a hint of nuts. The Legendario brand was founded in Havana in 1946 and stands for authentic Cuban rum. From the hour of its birth, the rum was produced in the middle of Havana and the rums were only sold on the island. Meanwhile, Ron Legendario is no longer made in the original building. In the mid-1970s, the company moved to the current production facility in the El Cerro district. In the 80s, the production of cream liqueurs such as pineapple, banana and peppermint flavors began.
All types of rum are produced and matured with care and tradition.
