FRUTTIMANIA Frozen Lúcuma Fruit Pulp, 250g
Lúcuma is a tree fruit grown in the Andean regions of Bolivia, Chile, Ecuador and Peru. The fruit is about 8 cm long and has an oval shape resembling an egg, which is how it came to be known as ‘eggfruit’ in English.
Depending on the variety, the flesh ranges in colour from yellow to orange; as it ripens, it becomes softer and develops a distinctive, sweet flavour reminiscent of maple syrup or sweet potatoes.
