Diablitos, also known as ‘jamón endiablado’, is made from finely minced ham and seasoned with various spices. It is a popular ingredient in many households and is often enjoyed on sandwiches, crackers or as part of appetisers.
The term ‘endiablado’ (devilish) refers to a method of preparation in which ingredients are mixed with hot spices – usually mustard, cayenne pepper or paprika – to give the dish a spicy kick.
