Pão de Queijo means cheese bread and basically consists of the ingredients tapioca flour, cheese and eggs and is therefore gluten-free. The tapioca flour gives the Pão de Queijo a special texture: golden yellow and crispy on the outside and crispy, silky soft on the inside.
