It is one of the essential dishes on the Peruvian menu and is famous for being served with beans, rice, manioc and Creole sauce. Ají para Seco AMÉRICA adds a hearty, slightly spicy and aromatic flavour with a subtle smoky note to the typical Peruvian 'Seco'.
